Keep My Plant Alive helps you identify houseplants, make rescue plans, and remember when to water them.

Information processed by the app

• Plant photos you choose or take may be sent to the Keep My Plant Alive backend to identify the plant, check common plant problems, and generate care or rescue plans.
• Saved plant photos, names, care plans, rescue plans, watering dates, and reminder settings are stored on your device.
• The app may send your locale with photo requests so care guidance can be formatted for your region.

Analytics and conversion measurement

The app uses Meta App Events for limited analytics and conversion measurement. Meta may receive an app-scoped anonymous identifier, app launches, Premium checkout starts, verified Premium product details, and basic app or device diagnostics. IDFA collection and advertiser tracking are disabled, and Meta event data is restricted to analytics and conversion measurement.

Plant names, plant photos, identification or Rescue results, Rescue answers, watering history, reminder details, and notification content are not included in Meta events.

What we do not do

Keep My Plant Alive does not require an account, does not sell personal data, does not use third-party advertising in the app, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Photo analysis

Plant identification and rescue checks are processed through a Cloudflare Worker backend and AI providers. Photos sent for analysis are used to service that request.

Notifications

The app can schedule local reminders on your device. Reminder permission is controlled by iOS and can be changed in Settings.

Deleting data

You can delete saved plant data by deleting plants in the app or deleting the app from your device.
